Surf Scandinavia SMBA was established in 2008 by Martin Jørgensen and Anders Hammer. We are focusing in the Scadinavian marked where we sell a variety of products used for surf sports and professional use en surf lifesaving.
We are both active in different fields of lifesaving and surf lifesaving in Denmark as well as international and are both qualified surf lifeguards.
In 2009 Surf Scandinavia began a collaboration with TYR, which is one of the leading manufacturer of swimwear. TYR is an American brand and is the largest privately held performance swimwear manufacturer in North America. Cooperation between Surf Scandinavia and TYR means that Surf Scandinavia are responsible for sales of TYRs products in Denmark. In 2009 TYR made a 4 year sponsor agreement with the Danish Swimming Federation.
